Travel & Accommodation Notice
Travel within 10 miles of Greeley is included at no additional cost. For locations beyond this distance, travel fees may apply. In addition, weddings held more than 40 miles from Greeley that conclude after 4:30 p.m. will require an overnight accommodation fee.
If these fees apply to your ceremony and are not reflected in your cart at the time of booking, you will receive a separate invoice for the additional amount. This ensures that all travel and lodging needs are handled appropriately so that your day runs smoothly and without stress.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change, and I strive to be as accommodating as possible while also respecting the commitments I make to each couple. Please review the following cancellation terms:

Choose Our Date Ceremonies
This option is non-refundable. Should you decide not to proceed after booking, the fee is forfeit.

Wedding Date Ceremonies
When you select your preferred date (up to 180 days in advance), I hold that time exclusively for you and turn away other requests.-
Cancellations made 31 days or more before your booked date are eligible for a refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 30 days or less before your booked date are not eligible for a refund.
